You can not change your name, address and bank details with Netfile. Just enter your first name for identification. Complete mailing address is required for Netfile. Date of birth is required for all members so that age related tax credit can be calculated properly. SIN is always required for taxpayer. If you are splitting pension income with spouse, then spouse SIN is mandatory. No other personal information is required for any family members.

How do you use your personal information?

We use your personal information to provide online tax filing service only. We may also use your information to conduct surveys in order to improve our service and to provide customer support to help you with your questions. We will not rent, sell or otherwise distribute your personal information to any third parties.

By creating an account with FastnEasyTax website, you agree with the privacy policy and provide us your implied consent to use your information to provide the required service.

Data deletion

You can delete all your data by using remove option available on the form or unchecking the box on the form. For removing your login information, you can send a request using Contact Us option.
